The present invention proposes a combination of bis-(γ-L-glutamyl)-L-cysteinyl-glycine or a salt thereof and lipoic acid or salts thereof as well as coordination compounds formed by palladium, copper and γ-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinyl-glycine, a pharmaceutical composition containing said combination, and a method for treating an illness selected from the group comprising metabolic syndrome, type II diabetes and complications thereof.La présente invention porte sur une combinaison debis-(γ-L-glutamyl)-L-cystéinyl-glycine ou de son sel et de lacide lipoïque et de ses sels ainsi que de substances de coordiantion formées par le palladium, le cuivre et la γ-L-glutamyl-L-cystéinyl-glycine, une composition pharmaceutique comprenant cette combinaison et une méthode de traitement dune maladie sélectionnée dans le groupe comprenant le syndrome métabolique, le diabète sucré de type II et leurs complications.Согласно данному изобретению предложены комбинация бис-(y-L-глутамил)-L-цистеинил-глицина или его соли и липоевой кислоты или ее солей, и координационных соединений, образованных палладием, медью и y-L-глутамил-L-цистеинил-глицином, содержащая такую комбинацию фармацевтическая композиция, а также способ лечения заболевания, выбранного из группы, включающей метаболический синдром, сахарный диабет второго типа и их осложнения.
