PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for stably dispersing a ubidecarenone-containing phospholipid spherule itself into a cosmetic preparation.SOLUTION: The cosmetic contains (1) a ubidecarenone and (b) a trehalose. The ubidecarenone is preferably contained in a form of phospholipid spherule and the phospholipid spherule preferably contains hydrogenated lecithin and phytosterol, further an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer and/or its salt and preferably does not substantially contain a nonionic surfactant.
