PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic therapeutic device which has a constant outer diameter, high flexibility and strength, and constant surface magnetic flux density, and can increase magnetic force effectively and partially without increasing the entire magnetic force to consequently prevent the onset of nausea caused by magnetism, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a magnetic therapeutic device having a core material which extends in one direction, has a bulging part with an enlarged diameter in the middle, and contains rubber and magnetic powder and an outer layer for covering the core material includes a bulging part molding process for extruding a core material forming rubber composition by moving a movable in-die, provided in a discharging hole of an out-die to be movable forward and backward, backward or forward and for extruding an outer layer forming rubber composition to the outside of the core material forming rubber composition.
