PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter and a catheter system capable of accurately and continuously holding the state in which information detection means such as a sensor provided for the catheter is in contact with an inner wall of body cavity.SOLUTION: There is provided a catheter body 10 extending with flexibility into a long straight line along a central axis X.
