The present invention relates to a production method of a soybean milk powder tea, which can be easily used as a substitute for tea or soy milk anywhere, and has a good taste by including fruits. The production method comprises the steps of: a) finely pulverizing raw material comprising soybean powder, juice powder and grain powder; b) mixing, granulating and drying the fine pulverized raw material; and c) finely pulverizing the granulated raw material to an average particle size of 600 mesh or less. The soybean powder is a mixture of roasted soybean powder and steamed soybean powder at a weight ratio of 25 to 35%.
