Accordingly, the germination promoter of this invention can easily be distinguished from wine, alcohol or any other drinkable liquid therefore, the possibility of drinking the germination promoter accidentally can be reduced. Even if the germination promoter is drunk by accident, people would spit the germination promoter due to the fluidity different from drinkable liquid. Thus, the germination promoter has a warning effect. In addition, due to the thickener, the staying time on a plant of the pasted germination promoter is extended and thus the possibility of the germination promoter dripping off a plant can be reduced. As a result, the possibility of touching the germination promoter dripping off a plant is reduced.
