PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dried pickle product abundantly containing GABA by preventing the loss of the γ gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) contained in a dried radish, etc.SOLUTION: A method for producing a dried pickle product is provided by using a dried radish as a raw material.
