The present invention relates to a hair loss and scalp care method using a hair shampoo, a hair pack and a hair tonic which comprise a hair loss and scalp care composition, the hair loss and scalp care method comprising: a first step for creating lather by applying a hair shampoo on the entire scalp and rubbing same in a state where water is sprayed thereon； a second step for softening the scalp in a state where the lather is created； a third step for massaging the softened scalp by bringing the entire palms in close contact therewith； a fourth step for wearing and maintaining a hair mist device on the massaged scalp； a fifth step for removing the hair mist device, massaging the scalp with fingerprints and palms, and then washing same with water； a sixth step for forming an even layer of a hair pack on the entire scalp by applying the hair pack on the scalp and spraying water thereon； a seventh step for wearing and maintaining the hair mist device on the scalp on which the hair pack layer is formed； an eighth step for removing the hair mist device, scaling off waste matter around pores by massaging same with fingerprints and palms, and then washing same with water； a ninth step for removing dampness and opening the pores by drying the washed scalp and hair by a cool wind； a tenth step for enabling nutrition to permeate through the pores by spraying a hair tonic on the entire scalp and massaging same with fingerprints and palms； and an eleventh step for stabilizing the scalp in which the hair tonic is permeated by irradiating far-infrared rays thereon.
