PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat stroke prevention system for surely preventing onset of heat stroke by interrupting work of a worker when there is the risk of onset of heat stroke.SOLUTION: The heat stroke prevention system 10 comprises a portable device 14 to be detachably put on clothes of each worker and a monitoring device 11 for monitoring onset risk of heat stroke. The portable device 14 includes: a temperature sensor for measuring an intra-clothes temperature of the worker a humidity sensor for measuring intra-clothes humidity of the worker a first transmission means for transmitting the intra-clothes temperature and the intra-clothes humidity to the monitoring device 11 a first reception means for receiving the onset risk alarm of heat stroke from the monitoring device 11 and a transmission means for transmitting the onset risk alarm received from the monitoring device 11 to the worker.
