PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel material utilizing Pickering emulsion.SOLUTION: There are provided a novel gel body, multi-hollow body and porous body which utilize Pickering emulsion, and a method of obtaining a gel body in which Pickering emulsion and water-soluble polymer are mixed, the water-soluble polymer is allowed to dissolve in a continuous phase, and the water-soluble polymer is gelled by crosslinking. In the obtained gel body, the continuous phase of Pickering emulsion is gelled, and an oil phase is immobilized. The multi-hollow body or the porous body is obtained by extracting oil from the obtained gel body or baking the obtained gel body. These new materials are stable and utilizable in wide fields. Since the materials utilize reaction friendly to living organisms, they are utilizable in the fields of medical, cosmetic, and biotechnology industries.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】ピッカリングエマルションを利用した新規材料を提供する。【解決手段】ピッカリングエマルションを利用した新規なゲル体、多中空体、多孔質体を提供する。ピッカリングエマルションと水溶性高分子を混合し、水溶性高分子を連続相に溶解せしめ、その水溶性高分子を架橋によりゲル化させてゲル体を得る方法を提供する。得られたゲル体はピッカリングエマルションの連続相がゲル化し、油相を固定している。得られたゲル体から油抽出、または得られたゲル体を焼成することにより多中空体または多孔質体が得られる。これら新規材料は、安定で、広い分野で利用可能である。生体に優しい反応を利用していることから、医療、化粧品、バイオ産業の分野でも利用可能である。【選択図】図35
