The present invention relates to a seed sticking block in which a pair of holders in a form of parallel bars spaced apart at intervals in which a seed rope can be interposed is planted on an improved seed sticking block consisting of concrete when pouring the improved seed sticking block to fix the same during curing of concrete, wherein the seed rope is interposed between the pair of holders while extending straight lines, a plurality of cable ties extend across on the seed rope arranged between the horizontal direction of the pair of holders spaced in the longitudinal direction of the seed rope and surround the parallel bars of the pair of holders to bind with each other.본 발명은, 콘크리트로 된 개량형 종묘부착블록 위에 종묘로프가 사이에 개재될 수 있는 간격으로 떨어진 평행봉 형태의 한 쌍의 거치대를 개량형 종묘부착블록의 타설시에 심어져서 콘크리트의 양생시에 고정하고, 상기 종묘로프를 일자로 뻗게 하면서 상기 한 쌍의 거치대 사이에 개재시켜 놓고, 상기 종묘로프의 길이방향으로 간격을 두고서 복수개의 케이블 타이가 한 쌍의 거치대의 수평바 사이에 배치된 상기 종묘로프 위를 가로질러 뻗어서 상기 한 쌍의 거치대의 수평봉를 에워써서 서로 결속한 종묘부착블록에 관한 것이다.
