PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly producing a cell sheet at a point of use.SOLUTION: There is provided a cell support having a polymer membrane, comprising a temperature-responsive polymer having a 0-80°C upper critical dissolution temperature or lower critical dissolution temperature to water, and holding an antibody against the cell. The method for producing the cell sheet comprises a membrane-forming step S1 of forming a polymer membrane by coating the surface of a substrate with the temperature-responsive polymer, an antibody-holding step S2 of bringing the formed polymer membrane formed in the membrane-forming step S1 to hold the antibody against the cell, a sowing step S3 of sowing cells on the substrate, where the antibody is held on the polymer membrane in the antibody-holding step S2, at a temperature equal to or lower than the upper critical dissolution temperature or equal to or upper than the lower critical dissolution temperature, and, after the sowing step S3, a peeling step S4 of peeling the cells from the substrate at a temperature equal to or higher than the upper critical dissolution temperature or equal to or lower than the lower critical dissolution temperature.【課題】細胞シートを、使用するその場で迅速に製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】水に対して０～８０℃の上限臨界溶解温度または下限臨界溶解温度を有する温度応答性ポリマからなり、細胞に対する抗体を保持するポリマ膜を備える細胞支持体。また、基板の表面を、温度応答性ポリマによって被覆することによりポリマ膜を形成する膜形成ステップＳ１と、該膜形成ステップＳ１において形成されたポリマ膜に、細胞に対する抗体を保持させる抗体保持ステップＳ２と、該抗体保持ステップＳ２においてポリマ膜に抗体を保持させた基板上に、上限臨界溶解温度以下または下限溶解臨界温度以上の温度で、細胞を播種する播種ステップＳ３と、該播種ステップＳ３の後に、上限臨界溶解温度より高い温度、または、下限溶解臨界温度低い温度において、基板から細胞を剥離する剥離ステップＳ４とを備える細胞シート製造方法。【選択図】図１
