The present invention relates to novel synthetic myostatin antagonists, comprising a synthetic mature myostatin peptide, wherein the peptide comprises at least two cysteine residues at positions 281 and 282 which are forced to bond and form a disulfide bond or a functional variant or fragment thereof and are useful in the treatment of myostatin related disorders.La présente invention concerne de nouveaux antagonistes synthétiques de myostatine, comprenant un peptide de myostatine mature synthétique, où le peptide comprend au moins deux résidus cystéine aux positions 281 et 282 qui sont amenés à se lier et former une liaison disulfure ou un variant ou fragment fonctionnel de celui-ci et sont utiles dans le traitement de troubles associés à la myostatine.
