The glycosylation pattern and formylglycine content of the IDS composition are different from those of Elaprase and have superior pharmaceutical efficacy and are safer than the conventional agent and thus can be effectively used for the therapy of Hunter syndrome.組換えイズロン酸-2-スルファターゼ（IDS）を含む組成物が開示される。IDS組成物のグリコシル化パターンおよびホルミルグリシン含量がエラプレースのものとは異なり、優れた薬効を有し、かつ従来の薬剤より安全であるので、ハンター症候群の治療に効果的に使用することができる。
