PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure an inexpensive exercise stretching device in which the intended desensitization and strain correction is easily executable by himself without requiring power of an expert in a daily life, by placing a view point in a spontaneous movement such as rubbing or extending performed when a waist is hard, and covering a physical limitation portion and a physical limitation portion caused by a structure of a human body by invention of a tool and through amplification thereof, considering that a low back pain is a chronic disease that is most popular in Japan and is increased with aging, and accordingly, a safe and simple procedure performed every day is desired for support of the low back pain.SOLUTION: A simple mounting device for the simple use includes: a structure for easily exhibiting and transmitting ones own power in human body kinesiology a physical function for amplifying this power to two times and a structure capable of applying the stretch exercise using this power directly and effectively to a target point.
