AUXILIARY NURSING CARE INSTRUMENT WHICH ASSISTS PERSON TO BE CARED AND CAREGIVER, AND BATHROOM IN WHICH ATTACHMENT OF NURSING CARE INSTRUMENT IS MADE EASY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary nursing care instrument which assists a caregiver who helps the standing up and sitting operation of a person to be cared, in which external power is needless, and which is light and safe.SOLUTION: A moving pulley principle is applied, a fixing member (fulcrum) is suitably arranged for a part which is not over the head of a person to be cared or a caregiver, since a stirrup member (5p) is stepped in or the friction of a rope is utilized, it is easy to apply force with a natural posture and the care can be performed with an easy posture. An annular harness (5h) which hangs and supports a person to be cared (5a) by a hip joint or armpits is painless, does not become obstructive at the time of bathing or the like, and is devised by a sanitary one. Since the idea of dividing a long auxiliary strut is performed and the carrying, assembling, and resolution are made easy, the auxiliary nursing care instrument can be utilized also for a visit care.【課題】被介護者の起立や着座動作を助ける介護者を補助する補助介護用具で、外部動力不要、かつ軽くて安全なものを提供する。【解決手段】動滑車原理を応用し、固定部材（支点）を被介護者や介護者の頭上ではない部分に適切に配置する、あぶみ部材（５ｐ）を踏み込んだりロープの摩擦力を利用するため自然な姿勢で力をかけやすく楽な姿勢で介護が出来る。被介護者（５ａ）を股関節や腋の下で吊り支える環状ハーネス（５ｈ）は苦痛が無く、入浴時などでも邪魔にならず、衛生的なものを工夫。長い補助支柱には分割の工夫を行い、運搬、組み立て、分解を容易にしたので訪問介護にも活用できる。【選択図】図９
