PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device distal end-cleaning unit capable of simply and reliably cleaning only the distal end of a medical device.

SOLUTION: The medical device distal end cleaning unit includes: a case member 2 where the distal end formed with opening portions 2a and 2b at one end side and the other end side, respectively, is inserted along the insertion/extraction direction S a distal end insertion opening constituted at the opening portion 2a a partition thin film 3 provided to close the opening portion 2b in the other end side a medical solution storage case 4 storing medical solution M in its inside 4i and having a supply port 4k of the medical solution M closed by the partition thin film 3 and a projection section 5 provided in the medical solution storage case 4, when the medical solution storage case 4 is contracted with respect to the partition thin film 3 in the insertion/extraction direction S, breaking through the partition thin film 3 via the supply port 4k, supplies the medical solution M in the medical solution storage case 4 to the interior of the case member 2 and immersing the distal end inserted in the interior of the case member 2 into the medical solution M in the case member 2.
