PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure more stable image quality by selectively collecting data only in a time phase where a heart motion is comparatively small.SOLUTION: An acquiring means comprising: a gradient magnetic field power source 3 a transmitting part 7 a selecting circuit 8 a receiving part 9 and a data collecting part 11b, etc., acquires magnetic resonance data concerning magnetic resonance in a subject P for each data line. A control part 11g determines a plurality of start timings which are the timings after elapse of a plurality of delay times from a reference time phase in the cardiac cycle of the subject P.
