The present invention discloses a method for preparing a composition of pectin jelly and its applications. The method comprising the steps of: (1) placing a predetermined amount of pectin jelly primary liquid in a container (2) adding a predetermined proportion of deterioration preventing agent to mix with the pectin jelly primary liquid, and stirring uniformly (3) mixing a trace amount of aromatics with a predetermined amount of organic oil, and pouring them together into the container, and stirring uniformly with the pectin jelly primary liquid and (4) finally, adding a proper amount of emulsifier in the container and stirring uniformly, thereby forming a pectin jelly composition. The pectin jelly composition of this invention can be used subsequently as topical skin care products, cosmetics, topical liniment or facial mask, and other skin care products.本發明揭露一種製備愛玉果膠組成物之方法及其應用,包含步驟:(1)將預定量之愛玉果膠原液置放於一容器中;(2)加入預定比例的劣變防止劑,與愛玉果膠原液混合,並予以攪拌均勻;(3)將微量的芳香劑與預定量之有機油品予以混合後,一併倒入容器內,與愛玉果膠原液攪拌均勻;以及(4)最後,加入適量的乳化劑於容器內,予以攪拌均勻,即可形成愛玉果膠組成物,本發明之愛玉果膠組成物後續可應用在外用皮膚保養用品、化妝用品、外用擦劑或面膜等護膚產品。
