This invention refers to solid compositions for the preparation of oral dosage forms comprising pharmaceutical active ingredients, such as non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs), in particular, but not exclusively flurbiprofen (FP), processes for their manufacture and their use as medicine. The solid compositions, comprising FP in association with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, are particularly suitable for the preparation of oral dosage forms, such as for example, lozenges, which are suitable for use in the treatment of inflammation of the oral cavity, being characterized by good tolerability, stability, and palatability.Čvrsto farmaceutsko jedinjenje za proizvodnju doznih oblika za oralnu primenu, u obliku oribleta, naznačeno time da je bez glukoze i sadrži:- flurbiprofen, ili farmaceutski prihvatljivu so ili njegov estar, u količini između 2,5 do 20,0 mg, i farmaceutski prihvatljivu pomoćnu supstancu, u skladu sa sledećim procentima:- Flurbiprofen: 0,25-1,0% (w/w)- Lubrikant(i):glicerol dibehenat, 1,0-5,0% (w/w)- Sredstvo(a) zaslađivača: kalijum acesulfam, 0,5-5,0% (w/w)- Agens razblaživač: manitol, 84,0-98,0% (w/w)- Agens(i) vezivnog sredstva:kopovidon, 0,25-5,0% (w/w)Prijava sadrži još 10 patentnih zahteva.
