CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a crushed persimmon skin product without the astringent taste comprises the following steps: spraying water in the pressure of 30-200bar to persimmon skin for pounding adding 0.001-0.05 parts of rice straws by weight into 1 part of pounded persimmon skin by weight for fermenting at 30-70 deg. C for 6-24 hours and drying the persimmon skin in sunlight for 3-12 hours, and crushing the dried persimmon skin. The rice straws are boiled in water for 1-20 minutes.
