The present invention relates to an agricultural product stirring device which mixes well to dry agricultural products such as peppers and jujubes and, more specifically, to an agricultural product stirring device which is equipped with a drying stand inside a vinyl house and has a stirring unit formed with a brush and a tilted plate and a vertical punching unit having a punch pin installed in the rear side of the stirring unit. The agricultural product stirring device enables solar heat to be distributed evenly on the entire surface of the agricultural products placed on the drying table, and significantly improves the drying efficiency of agricultural products by brushing off foreign substances on the agricultural products with the brush and punching out the agricultural products by using the punching unit if necessary while the stirring unit moves along the upper surface of the drying table and allows agricultural products placed on the upper surface of the drying table to be stirred by ascending and descending along the tilted plate.본 발명은 고추나 대추 등과 같은 농산물을 건조시킬 수 있도록 잘 섞어 주는 농산물 교반장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비닐하우스 내부에 건조대를 설치하고, 브러쉬와 경사플레이트로 된 교반부 및 교반부의 후방부에 펀치핀이 설치된 상하 펀칭부를 구비하여, 교반부가 건조대의 상면을 따라 이동하면서 건조대 상면에 놓인 농산물이 경사플레이트를 따라 승강(昇降)되어 교반되도록 하는 동시에 브러쉬에 의해 농산물에 묻은 이물질을 털어주고 필요시에 펀칭부을 이용해 농산물을 펀칭하여 구멍을 내줌으로써 태양열이 건조대에 상치된 농산물의 전면(全面)에 골고루 잘 받도록 하여 농산물의 건조(乾燥) 효율을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 농산물 교반장치에 관한 것이다.
