To provide a vehicle for movement which can smoothly ride over steps having various heights on a road surface.SOLUTION: A walking vehicle 10 is a vehicle for movement which can get over a step by cooperation of a wheel and an auxiliary wheel. The walking vehicle 10 comprises a first part which contacts a step when a height of the step to get over falls within a first height range, and a second part which is provided at a position higher than the first part, and contacts a step when a height of the step to get over falls within a second height range higher than the first height range.
