<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe MSC (mesenchymal stem cell) derived from fetal appendages and suitable for regenerative medicine and to provide a more economical method for acquiring the MSC. <；P>；SOLUTION: The MSC derived from an inward chorionic membrane can effectively be acquired by separating an amnion and a chorionic membrane and arranging the chorionic membrane obtained by the separation with a part facing to the amnion toward a substrate together with a culture medium on the substrate without shredding tissue or using a degrading enzyme.
