PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial, deodorizing deodorant prepared by filling and embedding bamboo powder in a cotton sheet and a synthetic fiber sheet, prepared as a pellet product by granulating raw bamboo fine powder and fermented and fertilized bamboo compost, or molded in optional block shape.SOLUTION: A bamboo material such as Phyllostachys pubescens, Japanese bamboo or bamboo grass is crushed into required small pieces, and the crushed bamboo material is pressurized and kneaded by a pressure extruding apparatus with an internal pressure of at least 15 Kg/cm, then cut with a cutter into a minced state of 20-200 mm long, and discharged into the atmosphere from a perforated nozzle at the tip. The discharged bamboo material is swollen and dispersed, and hard tissue and soft tissue are dissected. Cellulose and hemicellulose that form cell walls are dissociated from lignin to form loosened bamboo fiber chopped strands which are pulverized into fine powder of 10-200 microns.
