PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of a finger being caught in a band connecting a cap and a connector.SOLUTION: A cap 160 that can be attached to and detached from the tip of a connector 100, and the connector 100 are connected by a band 180. The band 180 is rotatable with respect to the connector through a first hinge 151. The first hinge 151 is disposed at a position separated on a base end side from the tip of the connector.
