PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin formable composition for a sealant of a membrane module capable of forming a polyurethane resin which suppresses occurrence of odor of a treatment liquid of a membrane module, is excellent in flavor, and can suppress foam formation.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyurethane resin formable composition for a sealant of a membrane module which contains a main agent containing an organic polyisocyanate component (A), and a curing agent containing a polyol component (B), and satisfies at least one of the following (1) and (2): (1) (A) contains a specific urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group; and (2) (B) contains a specific urethane prepolymer having a hydroxyl group. A content of castor oil fatty acid in the polyurethane resin formable composition is 100-5,000 ppm based on the weight of the polyurethane resin formable composition.
