PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical spray device preventing interference of an attaching/detaching implement with determination of a spray position and having excellent operability.SOLUTION: This medical spray device has a nozzle attached to a spray body with the attaching/detaching implement and sprays medical solution by compressed air. The attaching/detaching implement includes: a pole trap for loosely fitting a locking pole in a cylindrical housing and an engaging/disengaging cylindrical body that is located outside the cylindrical housing and inwardly pushes out the locking pole by an advancing/retreating operation. The nozzle includes a medical solution tube, an air tube, an outer tube, an engagement tube for engaging end parts of the medical solution tube and the air tube, and a pole receiving recess. When an insertion end of the nozzle is fitted in a fitting hole, the engaging/disengaging cylindrical body pushes out the locking pole to be engaged with the pole receiving recess and, when the push-out of the locking pole by the engaging/disengaging body is canceled, the nozzle is pushed out from the spray body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】着脱具が噴射位置の見定めに邪魔にならず、しかも、操作性に優れた医用スプレー装置を提供すること。【解決手段】スプレー本体に着脱具にて嘴管を取り付け、薬液を圧搾空気で噴霧する医用スプレー装置において、着脱具は、円筒ハウジングに係止ボールを遊嵌するボール落し孔を設け、円筒ハウジングの外側に進退動作により係止ボールを内方への押し出す係脱筒体を設け、嘴管は、薬液管と、空気管と、外管と、薬液管と空気管の端部の係合管と、ボール受け凹部とを具備し、前記嵌合孔に嘴管の挿入端部を嵌合したとき、係脱筒体で係止ボールを押し出してボール受け凹部に係合し、係脱筒体による係止ボールの押し出しを解除したとき、嘴管はスプレー本体から押し出される。【選択図】図1
