PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm device for adjusting the irradiation region of radiations capable of improving the irradiation accuracy of the irradiation region.SOLUTION: The diaphragm device 1 provided inside an irradiation head for emitting X-rays of the radiation therapy apparatus has a pair of diaphragm blocks 10, and a pair of multileaf collimators 20 provided on an extension passing through the diaphragm blocks 10 from a ray source 126.
