PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform processing using positions of spots in areas other than a defect area even if the defect area is large in a Hartmann image, in a technology for, on the basis of a position of a spot in the Hartmann image, specifying wavefront aberration caused by optical properties of an object.SOLUTION: A processor specifies positions of multiple spots in areas other than a defect area and estimates wavefront aberration in the defect area on the basis of the specified positions when: the spots are displayed in a Hartmann image as a result of allowing light to pass through some of multiple lenses after passing through a part of the object and to be condensed at the spots on an image sensor and the spots do not appear in the defect area included in the Hartmann image due to diffusion of the light at other parts of the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】ハルトマン画像中のスポットの位置に基づいて対象物の光学特性に起因する波面収差を特定する技術において、ハルトマン画像中で欠損領域が大きい場合でも、欠損領域以外のスポットの位置を利用した処理を行う。【解決手段】光が前記対象物の一部を通過した後に複数個のレンズの一部を通過してイメージセンサ上の複数個のスポットに集光された結果ハルトマン画像中で複数のスポットが表され、それと共に、対象物の他の一部で光が拡散しためにハルトマン画像中の一部の欠損領域にスポットが現れなかったとき、処理装置は、欠損領域以外における複数個のスポットの位置を特定し、特定した位置に基づいて、欠損領域における波面収差を推定する。【選択図】図2
