The present invention relates to a biological ingredient material with strengthened properties of rubber characteristics through a natural cross-linking between collagen and hyaluronic acid, a preparation method thereof, and a method for using the same. To achieve this, the present invention relates to manufacture of a rubber type biological ingredient material through a natural cross-linking between collagen and hyaluronic acid in a ratio of 2:1-7:1.
