PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common &gamma gene knockout pig, which is advantageously used as a recipient of human cell transplantation and is useful as a human animal model similar to human in terms of anatomy and size in a transracial medical research to aim an antibody drug or regenerative medicine.
SOLUTION: The heterozygote knockout female pig of common &gamma gene is obtained by transferring a targeting vector to aim a common &gamma gene knockout to pig somatic cells, selecting somatic cells judged to have homologous recombination by using an expression of a marker gene as an index, injecting a cell nucleus of the somatic cell to an enucleated ovum of pig to give a nuclear transplantation embryo, transplanting the nuclear transplantation embryo to a uterine tube or uterus of female pig to prepare a pregnant pig and performing nuclear retransplantation using fetal somatic cells in which common &gamma gene of fetal somatic nucleus collected from the pregnant pig is knockout.
