A catching device for catching aquatic animals, comprising - a net chamber (5) provided with a discharge opening (7) for discharging confined animals and - a framework (8) for keeping the net sections of the net chamber stretched. The framework comprises a frame (20), which surrounds the dis charge opening (7). A first net section (3a) of the net chamber is attached to a first frame element (21 ) of the frame, and second net section (2a) of the net chamber is attached to a second frame element (22) of the frame. The discharge opening is closable by means of a closing member (31 ), which is pivotally connected to the frame and arranged on the outside of the second net section. This closing member is pivotable in relation to the frame to and fro between a lowered closed position, in which the closing member (31 ) keeps the second net section (2a) pressed down over the discharge opening and thereby keeps the discharge opening closed, and a raised open position, in which the discharge opening is kept open for discharge of animals from the net chamber.Linvention porte sur un dispositif de capture pour capturer des animaux aquatiques, comprenant : - une chambre en filet (5) comportant une ouverture dévacuation (7) pour évacuer les animaux confinés et - une structure (8) pour garder étirées les sections de filet de la chambre en filet.
