The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising dexamethasone and ibuprofen as active ingredients for preventing and treating neuropathic pain and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for coadministration of dexamethasone and ibuprofen at the same time, separately or sequentially. The pharmaceutical composition comprising dexamethasone and ibuprofen as active ingredients has improved effects of preventing and treating neuropathic pain compared to single administration by coadminstration of two components, and can reduce side effects which can be caused by overdosage or long-term administration of each drug.본 발명은 덱사메타손과 이부프로펜을 유효성분으로 포함하는 신경병증성 통증 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 발명으로, 보다 상세하게는 덱사메타손과 이부프로펜을 동시에, 별도로 또는 순차적으로 병용 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 이부프로펜과 덱사메타손을 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학적 조성물은 상기 두 성분을 병용 투여함으로써 단독 투여에 비하여 상승된 신경병증성 통증의 예방 및 치료효과를 나타낼 수 있으며, 각 약물의 과량 투여 또는 장기 투여에 의해 유발될 수 있는 부작용을 경감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
