The top layer is composed of a rigid biocompatible material and defines a plurality of spaced outer portions of female luers and at least one female connector. The bottom layer is composed of a rigid biocompatible material and defines (a) a plurality of spaced upward projections, each vertically aligned with and received within a distinct one of the spaced outer portions of the female luers, (b) a plurality of spaced priming basins, (c) a channel basin surrounding each upward projection, (d) at least one discharge outlet, (e) a priming channel interconnecting each priming basin with a distinct one of the channel basins, and (f) a main channel interconnecting each channel basin with the at least one discharge outlet. The intermediate layer is composed of a flexible biocompatible material and defines (a) a plurality of spaced resilient inner portions of the female luers, each vertically aligned with and received within a distinct one of the spaced outer portions of the female luers and fitted over the spaced upward projection within the distinct one of spaced outer portions of the female luers. The inner portions of the female luers each define a normally closed slit at its top, and a first one-way valve interconnecting each priming basin with the female connector. A second one-way valve is coupled upstream of the at least one discharge outlet to control flow therethrough.
