PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish meal derived from a fish abundant in balenine and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: Because dry fish meal derived from an opah of the present invention contains imidazole dipeptide especially very abundant balenine, intake of the fish meal may lead to, for example, an antioxidant effect and/or anti-fatigue effect.
