Disclosed in the present invention is a drug delivery implant implanted into a bone, the implant comprising: a fixture for bone implantation having an opening on the top and a hollow space therein and a drug supply cartridge to be coupled to the fixture. The drug supply cartridge comprises: a cap for closing the opening of the fixture and a cartridge body which is coupled to the bottom of the cap so as to be installed into the fixture integrally with the cap and is accommodated in the fixture so as to release a drug. The fixture comprises: a cartridge hole for accommodating the cartridge body and drug channels for guiding the drug, which has been released from the cartridge body, from the inside of the cartridge hole to the outside of the fixture. According to the present invention, a drug can be continuously delivered into the bone tissue of a particular area, a drug cartridge (a drug receptor or a drug carrier) can be installed easily by being installed into a fixture integrally with a cap to which the drug cartridge is coupled, and furthermore the drug cartridge can be replaced easily.La présente invention concerne un implant dadministration de médicament implanté dans un os, limplant comprenant : un corps pour implantation osseuse ayant une ouverture sur la partie supérieure et un espace creux à lintérieur de ce dernier et une cartouche dalimentation en médicament à accoupler au corps.
