PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure removal of radioactive materials contained in leachate in a final disposal facility for radioactive waste where waste having radioactive materials whose concentration is a landfill standard or less is subjected to landfill disposal.SOLUTION: The present invention is a final disposal facility for landfill disposal of radioactive materials. The facility comprises: a landfill part 11 formed on the ground G and provided on its bottom with a guide groove part 13 for guiding leachate; a drainpipe 14 disposed in the guide groove part 13 for guiding the leachate running from the guide groove part 13 to the outside of the facility; and radioactive material adsorption members (crushed stone-shaped zeolite 18, a leachate measure 20 [filter material 25], a partition weir 26) made of adsorbing materials for adsorbing radioactive materials contained in the leachate and provided in a flowing-down path of the leachate draining to the outside of the facility.
