The composite waste gas treatment apparatus comprises: an oxidation tank oxidizing target gas while passing through the same an ozone water spray part installed to spray ozone water to the target gas passing through the oxidation tank and a reduction part reducing the gas after supplied with the same passing through the oxidation tank.
