The present invention relates to new substituted derivatives of isoindolin-1,3-dione and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. More specifically, the invention relates to new substituted derivatives of isoindolin-1,3-dione, which are analogues of apremilast. This invention also relates to compositions containing a compound of this invention and a carrier, and to the use of the disclosed compounds and compositions in methods of treating diseases, disorders and conditions that are successfully treated by administering apremilast.Настоящее изобретение относится к новым замещенным производным изоиндолин-1,3-диона и к его фармацевтически приемлемым солям.
