PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pants-type diaper fitted to a crotch part of a wearer.SOLUTION: The disposable pants-type diaper includes a waist cover member 1 and a crotch member 2. The crotch member 2 includes a front end part 26 superposed with a front waist part 3 of the waist cover member 1, and an upper portion 26a of the front end part 26 is joined with an elastic area in the waist cover member 1. The lower portion 26b of the front end part 26 is in a non-joint state with the elastic area. A part adjoined with the lower portion 26b of the crotch member 2 from the lower part is joined with a non-elastic area in the diaper formed at the lower part of the elastic area. An absorber contained in the crotch member 2 extends from the lower part of the crotch member 2 to the lower portion 26b. The upper portion 26a of the front end part 26 in the crotch member 2 is formed by a part of a cover sheet for covering the absorber, the part extending rom the absorber.【課題】着用者の股部にフィットする使い捨てのパンツ型おむつの提供。【解決手段】使い捨てのパンツ型おむつが胴回り被覆部材１と股下部材２とを有する。股下部材２は、胴回り被覆部材１の前胴回り部３に重なる前端部分２６を有し、前端部分２６のうちの上方部分２６ａが胴回り被覆部材１における弾性域に接合される。前端部分２６のうちの下方部分２６ｂはその弾性域に対して非接合状態にある。股下部材２のうちで下方部分２６ｂに下方から隣接する部位は、弾性域よりも下方に形成されているおむつにおいての非弾性域に接合される。股下部材２に含まれている吸収体は、股下部材２の下方から下方部分２６ｂにまで延びている。股下部材２の前端部分２６における上方部分２６ａは、吸収体を被覆している被覆シートが吸収体から延出している部分によって形成される。【選択図】図２
