The invention relates to an antagonist peptide of the bond between a cellular receptor, CD47, and a protein belonging to the thrombospondin (TSP) family. The peptide according to the present invention has the sequence S1 R1-R2-R3-S-Q-L-L-K-G-R4-R5-R6 and interacts specifically with the C-terminal end of the TSP, at the site of the bond between said TSP and said CD47 receptor, such as to prevent interaction between said CD47 receptor and said protein. The peptide according to the present invention can be used in the context of cancer treatments.Linvention concerne un peptide antagoniste de la liaison entre un récepteur cellulaire, le CD47, et une protéine appartenant à la famille des thrombospondines (TSP). Le peptide selon la présente invention présente la séquence SI R1-R2-R3-S-Q-L-L-K-G-R4-R5-R6 et interagit spécifiquement avec lextrémité C-terminale de la TSP, au niveau du site de liaison entre ladite TSP et ledit récepteur CD47, de manière à empêcher une interaction entre ledit récepteur CD47 et ladite protéine. Le peptide selon la présente invention peut être utilisé dans le cadre de traitements contre le cancer.
