The present invention relates to a composition for upgrading the nutritional value of aquatic creatures. Primarily, four active compound of natural product, including berberine, jatrorrhizine, gallic acid, and rutin are extracted and identified from the genus Mahonia. The natural product extracts of genus Mahonia are subjected to aquatic feed to be used as additives in aquatic products. Accordingly, the nutritional value of the aquatic creatures is enhanced and the survival rate of the aquatic creatures is further increased.本發明係有關於一種提升水產生物營養價值之組合物,其主要係將十大功勞屬[Mahonia]植物進行萃取分離出berberine、jatrorrhizine、gallic acid及rutin共4種天然物活性成份,以能利用於水產飼料中添加入十大功勞屬植物萃取物之方式將其做為水產養殖添加物;藉此,以增加水產生物之營養價值,並進一步提升水產生物的存活率者。
