A vascular clamp for temporary occlusion of blood vessels during in minimally invasive surgery is disclosed. The vascular clamp includes a positioning element with opposite two surfaces, a constricting element and a strengthening element. The positioning element includes a spacing grove and a positioning groove. Both the spacing groove and the positioning groove penetrate the opposite two surfaces. The spacing groove and the positioning groove forms a spacing opening and a positioning opening on the outer peripheral surface, respectively. The constricting element has a joining end connecting the positioning element and a free end opposite to the joining end. The constricting element has a positioning section with a plurality of locking chunks used to lock at the positioning hole. Two of the locking chunks are connected by a neck.
