PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing liquid fertilizer using a poultry waste fermented product with suppressed odor generation which facilitates work on a working site and contains abundant useful components, and also to provide a method for producing compost using the liquid fertilizer acquired by the method for producing liquid fertilizer which eliminates the need to cutback and reduces burden on a working site and a no-tillage farming method.SOLUTION: A method for producing liquid fertilizer includes an immersion step in which at least either incineration ash or a carbide, soil bacteria and a poultry waste fermented product containing poultry manure are immersed in water to convert them into an immersion product and a fermentation step in which the immersion product is maintained in an anaerobic condition at a water temperature of 25-35°C for three days or more. Liquid of the immersion product after the fermentation step is used as liquid fertilizer.【課題】本発明の目的は、臭気発生を抑制した家きん糞尿発酵処理物を用いて、現地での作業が容易で、かつ、有用成分を豊富に含む液肥の製造方法を提供することである。さらに、本発明の目的は、切り返しを不要として現地作業の負担を軽減する前記液肥の製造方法で得られた液肥を用いた堆肥の製造方法及び不耕起栽培方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明に係る液肥の製造方法は、焼却灰又は炭化物の少なくともいずれか一方と、土壌菌と、鶏糞とを含有する家きん糞尿発酵処理物を、水に漬けて浸漬体とする浸漬工程と、前記浸漬体を水温２５～３５℃の嫌気性条件下にて３日間以上保持する発酵工程と、を有し、前記発酵工程を経た後の浸漬体の液体を液肥とする。【選択図】なし
