The device has an elongated flexible band (20) supporting a set of reservoirs (21), i.e. blisters, where each reservoir contains a dose of fluid or powdered product. A needle (30) opens the reservoirs respectively at each activation. An indexing wheel (40) displaces the band before, during and/or after each activation for allowing the reservoir to face the needle. The band has a front end (25) fixed to a reception element (50) in a band displacement direction. The element is rotatably mounted with respect to a body (10) and exerts tractive force on the band.
