PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a pancreas disorder.SOLUTION: Provided is the method for treating the pancreas disorder selected from a hyperinsulinism syndrome, a high glucagon syndrome, and a pancreatitis by topical administration of a nervous poison, particularly a botulinum toxin, to an exocrine pancreas or an endocrine pancreas affected by a cholinergic activity so as to reduce secretion from a pancreas tissue.【課題】膵臓障害を処置する方法を提供する。【解決手段】神経毒、特にボツリヌス毒素を、コリン作動性の影響を受けた外分泌性膵臓または内分泌性膵臓に局所投与し、それによって膵臓組織からの分泌を低下させ、高インスリン症、高グルカゴン症及び膵炎から選択される膵臓障害を処置する。【選択図】なし
