The invention belongs to the cosmetic field, and relates to a hair styling composition containing Cymbidium Grandiflorum flower extract and use thereof, the composition comprising a fixing polymer or a combination of a fixing polymer and a film-forming polymer, a fatty alcohol, and Cymbidium Grandiflorum flower extract. The composition leads to an improvement in the physical-optical properties of the hair.
