The invention relates to medicine, in particular to gynecological oncology and can be used for treating stage I-III endometrial cancer.Summary of the invention consists in that it is performed the surgical operation for total hysterectomy with bilateral removal of appendages followed by a course of chemotherapy with Cisplatin 50 mg/m2 and Doxorubicin 30 mg/m2, then in 10 days after operation is carried out the radiation therapy in combination with two courses of chemotherapy with Cisplatin 50 mg/m2 and Doxorubicin 30 mg/m2, the radiation therapy includes 4 intracavitary sessions and 21 external sessions with a total dose of radiotherapy sessions of 40…44 Gy, the first course of chemotherapy is carried out after the first session of radiation therapy, and the second course is carried out in 21 days, during radiation therapy sessions, then in 3 weeks after the end of radiation therapy is carried out the fourth course of chemotherapy with Cisplatin 50 mg/m2 and Doxorubicin 30 mg/m2.Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oncologia ginecologică şi poate fi aplicată pentru tratamentul cancerului endometrial de stadiile I-III.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează intervenţia chirurgicală de histerectomie totală cu înlăturarea bilateral a anexelor şi urmată de o cură de chimioterapie cu Cisplatin 50 mg/m2 şi Doxorubicină 30 mg/m2, apoi după 10 zile de la intervenţie se efectuează radioterapia combinată cu două cure de chimioterapie cu Cisplatin 50 mg/m2 şi Doxorubicină 30 mg/m2； radioterapia include 4 şedinţe intracavitare şi 21 de şedinţe externe cu doza sumară a şedinţelor de radioterapie de 40…44 Gy, prima cură de chimioterapie se efectuează după prima şedinţă de radioterapie, iar a doua cură se efectuează după 21de zile, în timpul şedinţelor de radioterapie, apoi după 3 săptămâni de la finisarea radioterapiei se efectuează a 4-a cură de chimioterapie cu Cisplatin 50 mg/m2 şi Doxorubicină 30 mg/m2.Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гинекол
