The rod (2) has a widened metaphyseal portion (2a) and a tapered diaphyseal portion (2b), where the metaphyseal portion is tapered on its entire circumference and forms an approximately circular proximal corolla (10). The corolla is delimited proximally by an inclined proximal face (10c) such that slope of the corolla is perpendicular with the proximal face and forms an angle of 145 degrees with an axis of the diaphyseal portion of the rod. A reconstruction element extends over half of the rod. An independent claim is also included for a humeral rod assembly.Cette tige humérale (2) comprend une portion métaphysaire (2a) élargie et une portion diaphysaire (2b) effilée.
